Every year when September 11th arrives, everything slows down. The usual noise of daily routines, industry updates, and everyday conversations takes a back seat to quiet reflection. We pause to remember the nearly 3,000 innocent lives taken far too soon at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
Twenty-five years later, the grief remains real for the families, friends, and communities who lost someone they loved on that bright Tuesday morning. We hold them close in our thoughts, recognizing that time doesn’t erase absence—it only deepens our responsibility to keep their memories alive.
We also honor the extraordinary courage shown by first responders and everyday citizens alike. Firefighters, police officers, paramedics, Port Authority personnel, and ordinary people who made the selfless decision to run toward danger so others could make it home. Their bravery and sacrifice defined true heroism, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire us decades later.
What stood out most in the days that followed was the profound sense of unity. In the face of unimaginable tragedy, people came together across neighborhoods, backgrounds, and walks of life to support one another, lend a helping hand, and offer comfort to strangers. That spirit of compassion and resilience is something we must never lose sight of.
Today, we step back from the normal content to simply say: we remember. To the victims, the heroes, the survivors, and every family forever changed by that day—you are never forgotten.
