The country’s Supreme Court ruled that infusing food with THC at home counts as standard culinary “preparation” under authorized personal-use rights. But don’t expect a dispensary shelf full of artisanal gummies anytime soon. Under the ruling, your culinary creations can’t be sold, marketed, or even shared with a friend on movie night.
