It is with great pride I get to inform you, that as a sign of appreciation for all the dedication, commitment and service to our nation’s military,
Canna Care Docs will be providing free medical evaluations to all qualifying veterans.
How and when, you may wonder…
Veterans can be certified by a Canna Care Docs provider, free of charge, with proof of service. This can include a Veteran ID, a DD214, a driver’s license which indicates Veteran status, or paperwork from the VA. Over the years, Canna Care Docs has donated approximately $300,000 in free evaluations, an effort they are very proud of, and are excited to extend this offer to Connecticut Veterans!
Prior events have seen up to 100 people in one day and wait times could potentially be long. Please join me at Canna Care Docs for refreshments, and meet speakers and other industry professionals.
Update:
Listen up. Gather around! Any new patient can take advantage of this event, however, only patients that are due for renewal between June 30th and July 30th can participate in this great opportunity. Unfortunately, the state will not allow a returning patient to apply for renewal until their medical card is expiring within 30 days or less. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t come down to support a good cause and meet fellow veterans.
