Maybe this will get some of the trucks moving again. Remember, some states are claiming they are unable to determine the difference hemp and “marijuana.” How much longer can the federal government sit idly by? This is now interstate commerce and falls clearly on Federal jurisdiction. We cannot have a legitimate industry without out of state trade.
