Shortages??? You don’t say…
Maybe now the DCP will start making some changes. Can we get patient grow rights? If we as patients can grow, then we can grow the medicine we require. Why do we need to be reliant on the four growers to be in touch with individual patient needs. Most patients understand what works best for them, not the growers. They know what people purchase and what they can make money on.
This isn’t new and it’s not the first article on the topic. The shortages have been re-occurring for over the last 7 months, if not longer. How many more stories need to be printed before someone in Hartford makes a move to correct our problems. Stop placing bandaids on problems, only to hope they go away. Supply issues will not go away without intervention and program changes. Where is our leadership?!?
