As I was reading this article ‘Connecticut responds cautiously to medical marijuana‘ from the Republican -American, a paper based out of Waterbury, CT, I couldn’t help but think it’s because the requirements here are very strict, expensive and confusing process….

“Medical marijuana use in Connecticut is growing, but it is catching on more slowly than its supporters expected.
As of April, 3,635 patients had registered for medical marijuana cards, up about 20 percent from 3,027 at the beginning of March, according to state Department of Consumer Protection Commissioner Jonathan Harris.”
