Medical marijuana has proven to reduce seizures and does not require the patient to feel high. Recently a bill in Hartford was left untouched and quietly died. This bill would have granted medicinal marijuana to minors with epilepsy, greatly reducing the amount and intensity of the seizures they have.
Their mission: “The Epilepsy Foundation of Connecticut leads the fight to stop seizures, find a cure and overcome the challenges created by epilepsy.”
