Curaleaf Lapis
Ok, so this name has me wondering what are they thinking when they come up with these names. What does Lapis even mean? As patients, we get a lot of crazy sounding offerings approved by the Department of Consumer Protection (DCP). What is Lapis? Well, a quick search and I was able to find a restaurant in Washington DC, which would be weird relation, and the Lapis Lazuli. Lapis Lazuli, a gemstone, believed to have healing energies. Lapis Lazuli is one of the most sought after stones in use since Human history began. Its deep, celestial blue remains the symbol of royalty and honor, gods and power, spirit and vision. It is a universal symbol of wisdom and truth. So I would tend to believe Curaleaf named the strain after the gemstone’s color, similar to other offerings being named after colors.
Now that we had some knowledge shared, what really is this new Curaleaf offering?
Curaleaf Lapis is a new hybrid flower offering, coming in at a Total THC of 22.3% (THC-A: 21.31% and THC: .99%). This strain is a cross of Tahoe OG Kush x Blueberry. I’ve been told this flower has a great scent. Go check it out!
