Adding new dispensaries, while nice, does not ensure the right medicine is available all times. This is a medical patient program correct? Patient Grow rights of 6 plants, per adult, should be allowed to ensure patients can always have access to the medicine they need.
Imagine if you had shortages on your big pharma pills. Would the answer be open more drug stores???
