CT MMP Amendment Meeting

Tomorrow morning at 11am in Room 1E of the LOB, Connecticut legislators are expected to approve the verbiage of the proposed amendments to the state medical marijuana program.  These amendments were submitted last month, but due to verbiage concerns the amendments required further revisement.  The amendments are slated to pass tomorrow, pending the changes were correctly implemented.

PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA – The Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies is amended Sections 21a-408-1 to 21a-408-18 and 21a-408-20 to 21a-408-70 and amended by adding Sections 21a-408-71 and 21a-408-72. (CLJ 12/28/2017) (AGA 8/1/2018) Rep. Christie Carpino/Rep. David Rutigliano
