Are the Cannabis Scales Tipping
So its been a confusing time for Connecticut. Legalization is a possibility at this point, but nothing is for sure. There is an event to gather support for legalization May 6th at the Capitol building. Besides Connecticut, there are some other interesting developments happening across the US.
The Missouri House votes in favor of medical cannabis.
This is big news! Missouri historically is a very anti-cannabis state and for a long time now, so to see any type of progress in their thinking is awesome. There are many people who will benefit from the medical program if their medical bill is passed. In other news there has been an interesting development in California and Washington.
Senator Dianne Feinstein
One of legal cannabis’s biggest opponents, Senator Dianne Feinstein has dropped her opposition towards cannabis. After a meeting with sick children and cannabis patients it would seem she had a change of heart. I have to admit, I’m super surprised to hear this news tidbit. Thats’ the power of humanity and trying to see things through someone else’s eyes.
Its cool to see more of the country is finally learning and accepting the wonderful healing powers of cannabis. Let the scales keep tipping!
