When a star goes supernova it will first blast out all of the power that it has created over the last gazillion years. That energy will then contract and incubates before blasting out across the galaxy. The star is at its point of contraction.
If I said it once I will say it 1 million times. Every time is the first time at HighBazaar. The landscape here is constantly evolving, changing, and adapting.
As we move into our winter months, the HighBazaar has contracted and has now moved indoors. Thank God for that too… My blood has gotten too thin for Connecticut.
HighBazaar is now held within the confines of Gargamel‘s castle which is guarded by a swarm of Ogres. Those Ogres are in the midst of digging a moat to be filled with burnt corporate scab swag. The ashes and the debris have to go somewhere I guess… My preference would be hungry alligators. But you can’t always get what you want.
With everything moved to the great indoors of the castle you could see the dynamic of the exhibitors change. Some groups have broken off and turned into solo acts. Some were done with the handshake and a “best of luck” and some were simply done out of spite with a bitter parting of ways. While on the other hand, others have formed symbiotic relationships and have moved into varying degrees of cross promotion and internal ballyhoo with the goal that everyone succeeds. Rising up from within… The way it was meant to be.
As applications roll out with the state to prepare for the legal market place, HighBazaar is assisting with providing applicants with all the information that is readily available to begin their process. Between the application process and the business setup, many have long roads ahead. The HighBazaar is here to help in anyway they can to support quality cannabis and to help bring legacy brands to a legal marketplace and not just setup a sellout like some other corporate entities in the state of Connecticut.
All but two entities left within the state have sold out to big business. The funny part about it is that when it all started all of them are preaching the same thing, the exact same thing. “It’s all about the patients. We’re here to help the patients.” Yet none of them were there to support the medical bill. I know because I was there and I didn’t meet any of them until they were actually doing their builds.
The entire time these businesses have been operating they’ve all pulled the resources to get lobbyists. These lobbyists suppressed patient grow rights, legalization, and production expansion limiting the state to only 4 cannabis producers. Connecticut sure does love it’s monopolies.
They all sold the second they had the chance. Which goes to show you they weren’t here for the patients, they were here for themselves. Nothing less than Opportunists. Nothing but a bunch of frauds and phonies. We show our appreciation with the burning of your swag.
When the supernova goes pop, its debris will reach across its entire galaxy and nothing will go untouched. But in the end the only thing you will find at the end of this big bang are quality products made by people who really care about their craft. Not the products of an entity that just spits things out as soon as possible in order for them to turn a profit at your expense.
