Uncle Lou: Creamy Hot Chocolate
With the holidays coming up around the corner and the weather getting cooler everyday, what is better for the MMP patient than some medication in a festive holiday drink. This week, Uncle Lou offers us a recipe out of his kitchen for some great tasting Creamy Hot Chocolate. We can all use some warm happiness in a cup recently in Connecticut. Just last week, we were all relaxing in seasonably warm weather. The last few days, mother nature decided it was time to start feeling like winter. Some of us in the state have already seen the white snow fall, ever so gracefully, from the sky. While it’s majestic to see, we all know what is coming next. Soon we will all be shoveling and scraping windows in order to continue our adventures outside. For me, it’s the conversation with my wife on how it’s getting too temperate for me to stand outside to enjoy my daily medication break, it’s time to move into the office. Until that becomes a reality, I’m going to take advantage of Uncle Lou’s kindness and experiment with making his creamy hot chocolate recipe. Here’s to hoping I do him justice. Otherwise, I’ll be getting on the phone inviting him over for a lesson and spending time with a true friend to all of us in the community.
