Five Days into the first legislative session, is all it took to address the status of legalizing Adult-use of cannabis.
It is an exciting time in Connecticut. Legislators are eager to start discussing Adult-use. However, they did fail to address a number of questions advocates are pushing for with the legalization of cannabis. Of course, Medical Marijuana producers are ready to jump in on the recreational market, but should they? Already three out of the four growers are owned by outside interest. That’s not really giving opportunity to state businesses, not to mention equitable licensing or even support the struggling farming industry. Can we please connect with representatives to enlighten them of their opportunities they can make possible.
