The new store, Zen Leaf Naugatuck, opened Friday morning at 585 S Main St. in Naugatuck. The store is Verano’s fifth in the state. Two CT cannabis businesses owe the state combined $2 million
Two of Connecticut’s largest cannabis companies owe the state a combined $2 million after failing to open up retail outlets within the statutorily mandated time frame.
