Tasty! The one thing that will stick with me about the Banana Kush is the taste. Banana Kush is an indica dominant strain, but has cerebral effects of a sativa, including mood elevation and a euphoric feeling. Great strain for feeling “up” and mellow. Various websites I have seen say they prefer this as a night time strain, see how your body reacts but personally would lean on this for more daytime / social. I’d been looking for a strain like this, and medicated using an acrylic bong with very cold water, made for smooth smoking and it hit quickly.
I felt chatty and energetic after but had an urge to really crank some music on 11. Plugged in the headphones and cranked up Molly Hatchet’s “Flirtin’ With Disaster” a favorite to medicate to. The opening track “Whiskey Man” bass riff starting things off, the drums kicking in, Banana Kush starts creeping in,Danny Joe Brown’s (r.i.p.) voice hits the back of your head “You have your highs, you have your lows, Nobody knows which way you go” and it really makes everything feel OK.

Would recommend for a morning medicine or unwinding after a stressful day, where you may still need to be social. Some sites say it should be relegated to evening or night time use, keep that in mind. The taste and smell are distinct and strong, all good stuff!
