Please take social distancing seriously. While some people might not be at risk today, things are bound to change as the medical industry learns more. Be smart, be safe. No one should want to be sick. The guidance is to control the spread of the virus. Stay home, for your health and others if at all possible.
Governor Ned Lamont and Economic Development Commissioner David Lehman have just released the list of “essential” businesses as part of the Governor’s Stay Safe, Stay Home initiative.
As you know, the Governor is encouraging all businesses to employ any telecommuting or work-from-home procedures that they can safely and reasonably implement.
However, we will still have essential functions like healthcare, food service, law enforcement, and similar critical services open and available.
