Wednesday, March 28th, join us in Room 1E of the Legislative Office Building at 10am for another legalization hearing! Make sure your voice is heard by submitting testimony, our legislators need to know that the people of Connecticut want to legalize cannabis!
This bill will be heard by the Appropriations Committee, so please gear your testimony toward where and how to spend the money from taxing recreational marijuana.

Raised House Bill 5394- An act concerning the legalization and regulation of the retail sale of marijuana. To develop a plan to legalize and regulate the retail sale of marijuana in the state and to provide for substance abuse treatment, prevention, education and awareness programs and measures.
