“Dear Friends, Competitors and Sponsors,
Pollinator Company and 1000 Watts Magazine will organize the next Dab-A-Doo event in Southern New England on the 15th of September, 2016 from 5 pm till midnight. Exact location will be disclosed as we get closer to the event date.
THE EVENT:
200 judges plus competitors and sponsors can come to this event and will vote for the best in two categories. So, we would like to invite all competitors to enter their best products: solvent and non-solvent (rosin).
Tickets will include a free buffet, water and soft drinks.
THE JUDGING:
The samples will be categorized and either numbered or lettered. So the judging is blind. Samples will be judged on looks, smell, taste and effect and judges will have 5 hours to vote.
A serious job! And a lot of fun for those that enjoy getting medicated!!
THE GOODY-BAG:
The goody-bag will contain:
1 full set of samples
1 Dab-A-Doo t-shirt
1 Laminate
1 Voting form
1 Pencil
Multiple goodies!!
We hope to collect a lot of goodies, so we can spoil the judges. We are looking for t-shirts, caps, mini-microscopes, dabber, lighters, cookies, etc. This is a great way to promote your brand. Should you wish to promote your business with a goody for the bag, please let us know as soon as possible.
THE JUDGES:
200 tickets will be sold online for $200 each. We cannot reserve tickets. Let us know and we’ll send you more information. All judges will get a complete goody-bag including laminate and samples.
THE COMPETITORS:
Anyone can enter; both companies and private people alike. Each entry will need a total of 28 grams. This time we ask you to do the packaging; we’ll send you 280 printed envelopes and packing paper. If you want us to package it for you, we’ll ask for $150 to pay the packers. All competitors will get a complete goody-bag, but cannot vote. Entry fee will be $75 per entry.
THE SPONSORS:
There are four different ways to become a sponsor: 1. Your logo on Dab-A-Doo merchandise. A logo costs $300.
-T-shirts (10 spaces available)
-Goody-bag (9 spaces available)
-Pen case (2 spaces available)
-Laminate (2 spaces available)
We need time for printing etc., so if you want your logo anywhere, you will need to send us your logo in ONE color A1 Format (adobe illustrator) by the 25th of August. Logo sponsors will receive 1 complete goody bag including samples and 1 laminate.
2. Your product in the goody bag (t-shirts etc.)
Products for goody-bag: Goodies are unlimited and free of charge. Please note: there are 275 goody-bags; that means 275 items.
3. Your contribution for the raffle
Nice presents for the raffle are unlimited and free of charge.
4. Setting up an e-nail station
We would need a couple of dab station.
BOOTHS AT THE EVENT:
There will be room for several booths. Cost $400.
Booth holders will receive one complete goody bag with an extra laminate for a friend.

Please be advised that you MUST have a MMJ patient card to attend this event. ID’s will be checked at the door before you are allowed to enter. RI is a reciprocal state therefore, we will recognize medical cards from all states.
