Glass from DHGate
Recently, I decided that I would try purchasing some Chinese glass pieces after going to a couple local headshops and seeing the outlandish prices for standard pieces. While scouring the web for some deals, I stumbled upon DHGate, the Ebay of China it would appear. I made three purchases…. long story short, every piece either was broken upon delivery or broke after a couple of uses. I would not recommend purchasing any glass from China. I even had a vendor ensure me his packaging department QA’d the package before delivery. When I received the package there was a single sheet of bubble wrap holding in what was the base of the bong, shattered into shards of glass, not to mention the single-walled cardboard box it was shipped in. The seller even tried to only return 60% of the item cost, because it was damaged in shipping. For all I know, the item was sent broken. I would not recommend this site to my best friend or to you!!! Buy American!
