A policing government agency, the D.E.A, that received billions in funding from cannabis prohibition, finds:
Cannabis has a high potential for abuse, has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States, and lacks accepted safety for use under medical supervision.

The DEA is scheduled to release their official response to reschedule cannabis, tomorrow August 12th, 2016 on the Federal Register. There are drafts of the response currently available.
Unfortunately, the DEA is not going to side with the citizens of the United States. This is clear. Politicians need to understand it’s their responsibility to amend the law. Our elected officials, need to stop playing games by deferring to government agencies that historically receive funding for destroying lives over cannabis, a plant! Their re-election should be based on actions, not promises!
