In January, Connecticut’s governor, Ned Lamont, will implement an automated method that will wipe out the existing records of marijuana possession convictions for thousands of CT residents.
Until now, it was necessary to obtain the proper forms and submit them directly to the courthouse where the verdict was rendered and wait for a date. Then one would have to go back a couple of times to complete the process…
