EAST HAMPTON, Conn. (WTNH) — An East Hampton man was arrested on Tuesday after police found 57.8 pounds of cannabis in his possession.
Miguel Sebastiao, 63, was released on a $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on Sept. 10.
