Wilton police say the owner of Mohegan Smoke Shop was arrested last week after illegally selling cannabis products at Danbury Road business.
WILTON — The owner of a Danbury Road smoke shop is facing charges of illegally selling cannabis products at his store.
Wilton police said the owner of Mohegan Smoke Shop at 14 Danbury Road was arrested on Thursday.
According to police, officers went to the store on Aug. 29 to conduct an inspection for the sale of illicit items and found cannabis products on display for sale. The store does not have a license to sell these products, police said.
