The review, published in the journal MHSalud by researchers at Universidad Nacional in Costa Rica, examined findings across seventy separate studies to evaluate how CBD interacts with physiological and cognitive functions during exercise. Their findings highlight a powerful array of therapeutic benefits, revealing that cannabidiol exhibits anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, analgesic, and anxiety-reducing properties.
